Thank you for shopping at Industrytyson. We want you to love your rug — and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.


Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging (or similar protective packaging)

Custom or made-to-order rugs are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at industrytyson@outlook.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to return your item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem — just email us, and we’ll help arrange an exchange based on availability.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your rug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement, refund, or repair depending on the situation.
